    Nourish Your Glow

    I ate a lot of beige carb heavy food up until week 18, as I couldn’t keep anything else down! Bump properly popped and clothes started to feel tighter around my belly around week 12. I’m taking it really easy and have introduced 15 minute workouts around 4 times a week. You can never be totally in charge of your labour and delivery, but having a loose birth plan ensures that you and your partner are on the same page as your doctors and nurses when it comes to things such as pain relief, people allowed in the delivery room, and cord cutting.
