I want to start by saying that I love when an author not only writes an amazing self-help/motivational book; but also includes relatable stories from actual people. Books like these make you realize you are not alone in your feelings and everyone’s idea of the “perfect” body is not the same, and that is ok. It saddens me because most people that are anorexic aren’t even fat, but have endured mental abuse to where they think they are; or listening to society and what they deem to be the “perfect” body or look. Accept who and what you find I used her methods in my own everyday life and now just for weight issue, but for my overall wellbeing.
