There is a day of the year that every parent looks forward to, the day the yellow bus comes to your street, the day the pencils are sharpened and the backpack is packed. Today it seems like I will blink and it will be Ashleigh’s time, or Haylee’s We have hope as our Senior starts this year {I still cant believe Hunter will be 18} that it will mean he comes here for college, and will give us more time with him. I think of all those kids heading off to start their own path in college and the ones starting new in high schools, and even the little ones I know who are riding that big yellow bus for the first time.

When I first met with them, I adored them, but after having our engagement shoot, its a full on love affair. We started over in downtown St. Augustine, and then headed to Vilano at St. Augustine Beach to finish their engagement session. Brittney’s fabulous makeup was done by Christina Burns, and I cant wait to see what she does to this stunning bride on her wedding day! These two had a blast during photos, which always makes my job that much more fun.

This Timmiquana Country Club Wedding in Jacksonville was so perfect, I feel like even now, months later, looking at the images, makes my heart swell. The wedding day is so rushed, and the end you are running out with this guy, that you love oodles…

This time of year is probably my favorite to do pictures… no humidity, and beautiful skies! If only I were a morning person, because I will bet the sunrises are pretty awesome too! and I met at Vilano Beach in St. Augustine to start their engagement session around sunset, and finished in downtown St. Augustine for Night of Lights {who knew night of lights These two were so much fun to work with, I can’t wait for the White Room Wedding later this year!
