Grayland is a state park we have gone to for years, it is 2 hours away from the Tacoma area south of Seattle or three hours from Seattle.
Washington State Parks has been great about updating with current travel restrictions and also if parts of the park are closed due to weather.
The pass will pay for itself in three days, if you don’t want an annual pass you can get a day pass for $10 a day.
If you want to fish, go clamming, or crabbing be sure to follow Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife regulations and rules, a license is required.
