As a novice myself, I know just how overwhelming it can be to decide on what yoga practice to start with, how often to practice, and what to get before getting started. I actually hurt myself once trying to complete a yoga flow of a VERY advanced practice I honestly shouldn’t have been trying to do! Although Yoga is a practice many individuals use for medical, mental, and spiritual reasons, there are some conditions that may hinder your ability to practice safely at home alone, and not in a controlled environment. No, you don’t have to spend a lot of money on top-notch fitness and yoga gear, as I did sadly, but you don’t want to be practicing Yoga in jeans, either.
Share two things you’ve learned while being home. • I’ve learned: 1) Patience (kinda?) 2) how to curl my hair with a styling wand • My work doesn’t “require” good hair and make up, so it’s a treat when I do either. (And by make up, I mean they are essentials.
