In a bowl, put two eggs and 1/4 cup of oil and mix until combined
♡ Carefully empty the matzo ball mix packet into the bowl and mix until there’s no dry mix left, then put the bowl in the fridge for 20 minutes
the soup mix (which is the chicken broth)
♡ Put a lid on it (and make sure it’s secure because mine wasn’t and my broth evaporated 🙂) and leave it alone for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, put the matzo balls in
♡ Put the lid back on and leave it alone for another 15 minutes and shut it off, reheat when ready to serve
