I am sharing with you guys today some of the things I use and do to manage my stress and anxiety when I’m starting to feel them creep on! I like to grab the current book I’m reading, a glass of wine, and my favorite bath salts. When I’m getting ready for bed, I love to sip on Sleepytime tea about an hour or so before I head to bed to get me nice and sleepy. Let me know what different things you do and use to cope with any stress and anxiety you might have.

After that, I take one full pump of my Eucerin Daily Protection Moisturizer with SPF 30 and put it all over my face, focusing on my forehead and nose. My favorite right now is L’Occitane’s Water Gel Cleanser (this and the essence My favorite for my oily skin is L’Occitane’s Peony Perfecting Cream. When my skin gets extra dry in these winter months, I use Pond’s Cold Cream on my dry patches and it works wonders for me!

Yesterday (Monday Feb 18) was a wrap on week 1 of my 12 week BBG journey! I was sore sore sore the entire week.
