This small city is the country’s top summer vacation destination and is known for its elegant hotels, fashionable beach clubs and impressively beautiful marinas. If you want to take sightseeing to a whole new level, you can jump aboard and cruise around the coast to enjoy a leisurely tour in the Turquoise Aegean Sea. Yalikavak can make dinners extraordinary with its many restaurants line the beach where they place tables on the sand so you can indulge in a quiet meal with the sea lapping that’s only a few meters away. The best month to swim in the sea is in August when the average sea temperature is 25.1 (77).

The Bakery, is slated to open a new 3,500-square-foot space in East Hampton this season, which will include a bakeshop, a large production area for crafting signature pastries and breads (including the renowned pickled rye), and a restaurant, which will serve wine and cocktails and will have outdoor seating for dining al fresco. Like some of Jean-Georges’ hotel-affiliated restaurants in New York (including locations at PUBLIC, The Mercer, and The Mark), the Topping Rose House outpost offers classics like the black truffle pizza, spicy tuna tartare, and the peekytoe crab cakes. There are locations in Bridgehampton, Southampton, East Hampton and Sag Harbor, all of which also offer salads, pastries and simple food that’s a good option if you’re on the move (though, if you’re shopping for a beach picnic, it’s best to head to Citarella which has locations in East Hampton, Southampton, and Bridgehampton).

I no longer want someone who promises to always love me and never leave me, I need someone who understands that life happens and sometimes things don’t work out. I don’t want someone who sugars coats things and never gets angry with me, I need someone to tell me how it really is and put me in my place. I need to be able to go five hours without talking to you and not feel lost or incomplete. And this may not work out, but the fact that you understand all of this and this how our relationship works, makes me think we’ve got a pretty good shot.
