We’ve done lots of testing of gluten products, I’ve baked dozens of gluten free recipes & it’s taken lots of trail and error but we’ve finally adjusted pretty well. I really like almond butter but the boys like the low sugar Smuckers peanut butter. My kids use to snack of goldfish, chips and fruit snacks all day long. I like to snack on hard boiled eggs all day long- with a little salt & pepper.
