I’ve been a IFBB Figure Professional athlete for 5 years, coaching nutrition and fitness for more than 5 years and have my B.S. Degree in Dietetics. I have been featured in numerous magazines such as Muscle and Fitness, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Strong Magazine, Fitness Magazine and Scottsdale Health. I’ve also done advertisement work for companies such as Allmax Nutrition, 4KorFitness and The Shoe Fairy just to name a few.
