I love themed days because it gives me something to look forward to celebrating in the smallest ways. This day, I got to transform my tiny space into a temporary studio in my home and move my body. I’m sharing 3 ways I prepare my space so that I can practice at home. Since a beautiful studio space is not feasible for me at the moment, making sure my home space is as neat as possible is a must 2: Add in a plant, a mirror, an essential oil diffuser, anything that will give you calm vibes will help set the mood.

I’m partnering with adidas to share how I plan on staying in alignment with my purpose, staying vigilant in maintaining my mental wellness, and an exciting announcement! and then I started Fitness Ambassadors to create more opportunities to find new fit friends, and do fun things! Instead of creating content for other brands, I want to focus on creating content for my audience and my people. I’m SO excited for this project because it allows me to scale my business, reach more people, and help lift the fitness influencer industry as a whole.

From group fitness classes, excursions, daily hikes, culinary experiences, and tours, I had be really choosy with how I wanted to spend my time and what I wanted this retreat to look like for me. A few years ago, I took a girls trip to Zion and wished I had had the option to fly direct to St. George and save myself the travel and driving time. It was interesting to slow down (almost uncomfortable even) and do normal things – like eat at a normal hour, sleep at a normal hour and log in 8 hours, drink water, and exercise. It’s also a great resort to stay at if you want to check out Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and other popular destinations that are so close to St. George.

The inside is clean and has just about everything you’d expect in a hotel room, and everything you’d need for a camping experience. The tiny cabin is complete with a clean bathroom and shower and toiletries like towels, shampoo, body wash, conditional, and even tampons. On past camping trips, I’d always forget simple things like dishwasher soap, foil, and salt & pepper, and cooking oil. If you’re comparing to camping, you’re paying for the luxury of not having to lug all the things you’d need i.e. plates, cookware, silverware, a tent, etc.
