Scoop into another bowl and set aside
Using a mixer to beat together the butter, powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until combined, smooth and fluffy
Using a mixer to beat together the butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until combined, smooth and fluffy
Place the piping bag into a large cup and fold the sides over
Take 1 spoon full of the vanilla frosting and scoop into 1 side of the piping bag
Next, take 1 spoon full of the peanut butter frosting and scoop it into a second side of the piping bag
Repeat the same steps with the chocolate frosting
Now, pour the sprinkles into a bowl
Use the ice cream scooper, and scoop vanilla frosting onto the cupcake and smooth lightly into a thick disk
