In a small bowl add 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds with 3 tablespoons of warm water, stir it, and let it rest for 5 minutes. If you like to do it with 6 eggs, only add 1/2 cup of water, and donΒ΄t add the flaxseed egg or add the dry flaxseeds instead of the chia seeds to the dry ingredients, but I think if you add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 tbsp of flaxseeds to the dry ingredients you will need more warm water.

I want to try and develop more cassava flour recipes because it`s paleo, healthy, gluten-free, nut-free, allergies-free, provides a healthy gut, and this one tastes fantastic Turn on the stand mixer at medium, mine has 5 speeds and I turned on 3, add the proved yeast on mixed flours at once until well combined for about 3 minutes, the dough should be quite dry, don`t turn off the mixer you will start adding the eggs one at a time until each one is full incorporate, the dough will become smooth, continue beating it a few 4. While the mixer continues running take a tablespoon and add the softened ghee one tablespoon at a time until it is incorporated, if use butter cut it into cubes, and repeat the same procedure m ixing it for about 2 minutes more, the dough will be silky and very sticky, Taste with a toothpick to see if is done, take it out of the oven, and lift the parchment paper putting it on the cooling rack with the parchment paper for about 15 minutes, then take it off, and let it be completely cool for at least 1-1/2 hour before slice it.

I did it with dark chocolate chips, fresh orange juice, and honey, yeap friends, I had not any coconut syrup, and I did not like to make the caramel with coconut sugar so honey for the rescue, I always try to think out of the box to resolve a problem, it was tricky enough this post, you can change the honey for any sweetener that Keto diet permits, and to make or to buy keto caramel as well, only you need to watch for the serving portion but if you don`t have any preference to do it with dairy or sugar you need to grab 1 can of condensed milk and 1 can of evaporated milk, 5 eggs more the butternut or pumpkin, and you are ready to go. The base of it it`s the normal flan recipe that you will add 14 oz of the puree, I did it with 1 full fat can of coconut milk, the recipe of coconut condensed milk I have been doing each time when I do flan, easy to change for any sweetener you have on hand, and you can find it in, you can change the honey for any sweetener that Keto diet permits, and to make or to buy keto caramel as well, only you need to watch for the serving portion but if you don`t have any preference to do it with dairy or sugar you need to grab 1 can of condensed milk and 1 can of evaporated milk, 5 eggs more the butternut or pumpkin, and you are ready to go. Into a small pot add the honey with the strip of the orange peel, boil it on medium-low heat until it starts to darken and thicken, add the orange juice, let simmer for around 6 minutes, take it off of the heat and add the chocolate chips or small chunks, let the melt.

I recommend to start it with 1 lt (4 cups) add more depending if you want it thicker or thinner 1-2 tablespoons coconut or avocado oil 1 full π minus the middle 1 medium onion 3 large cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano 1 teaspoon turmeric Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley or cilantro about 1full tablespoon or a half of both 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes (optional) π to serve In a saucepan add the oil and fry the onion and garlic at medium temperature, then add the Italian seasoning and torn cilantro or parsley. Add the broth and coconut milk, salt, pepper and bring to a boil, add the turmeric and the pieces of pumpkin, apple and cauliflower until they are soft if you like it as a soup leave it like that, if you like it as a cream, pass it on to the blender, rectify the flavors and eat! π Note: you can also make it in the pressure cooker: , add everything once you fry the onion, garlic and spices, set to 5 minutes and you are eating in less than 20 minutes. Add coconut sugar to a blender or food processor to make a fine powder, add the rest of the ingredients with only 1 tbsp of water, blend it until smooth, scraping the sides when it`s necessary, if you see it`s too dry add the other tablespoon of water and blend again. 3 tbsp coconut yogurt or another one1/2 cup coconut sugar or your preferred one Wash, peel, and dry the carrot and the orange, chop and pit the carrot, and the corners of the orange.
