Whether your husband feels like you have everything under control or doesn’t realize that you would like extra help, he’ll never think otherwise until you tell him. Just because you do the laundry or load the dishwasher or clean the house in a specific way, doesn’t mean that it’s the only way that will work. And at the end of a long day, we always want short episodes that are funny and don’t take a lot of brainpower. Seasons two and three get a little strange, but the last season is really good, so it’s worth powering through those middle seasons so you understand the storyline. I’ve watched the entire series through and have my husband hooked and binging it with me currently. We’ve been watching this on Peacock and are enjoying the randomly added extra scenes that we’ve never seen before.

Like your room growing up may have been your escape and the place you most loved to be, the bedroom you share with your spouse should feel the same way for your marriage. Whether you’re getting ready in the morning, having an important discussion or marriage meeting, or enjoying an intimate moment, the lock on your door will communicate to your kids for them to come back later. If you have kids at home, or live with other family members, having a sound machine near your door and/or heat vents can act as a “soundproofing” tool.
