This project also serves as a dance film PSA for Disco Riot’s upcoming “Move American” series which features a different self-directed movement artist examining or sharing a social justice/political/human rights topic. My lil Filipino 🫶🏽 is absolutely happy!! Being able to finally experience the “Metro Manila Film Festival” experience through @manilaintlfilmfest is truly one for the books for me as a filmmaker at this stage of my life. THIS IS STAYING HERE 4VR LOL!! 🫠 TBH, I’ve always known that PAPA P aka @piolo_pascual was the “King of Hearthrob”, hell I crushed on him when he was still part of the “HUNKS” back in the 2000’s. But what I was NOT expecting was for him to break out of his serious mood when I was called for my segment to interview them. “THIRTY” GRATITUDE DUMP 🎬 It’s been almost a month since my 30th birthday digital concert, “Thirty” premiered and I’ve finally been able to reflect on all of it all-considering the times this was filmed, edited & premiered were crazy times. Now I am able to finally look back at everything that led up to making this which we will see in this behind the scenes video of “THIRTY.” 💡It all started as an idea, then started telling my good friends for support + accountability (who also ended up being part of the team behind the digital show), and slowly but surely, everything fell into place. 🎬 I am extremely grateful for my dope & amazing creatives behind THIRTY.
