Give this a try for girls’ night, date night or any night you fancy a high-end cocktail. 💃 For 1 cocktail: ½ ounce gin ½ ounce dry vermouth ½ ounce lemon juice ½ ounce raspberry syrup (see note) ½ ounce egg white 3 fresh raspberries, for garnish To a cocktail shaker without ice, add gin, dry vermouth, lemon juice, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white. Shake well for 30 seconds, then add ice and shake again for 30 seconds. Shake vigorously to aggravate the egg white and get the best layer of foam on top. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with three raspberries on a cocktail pick. Cheers!

For 1 cocktail: 2 ounces rum 1 ounce fresh lime juice 1 ounce simple syrup lime twist, lime wheel or lime wedge, for garnish To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist, lime wheel or lime wedge and enjoy!
Caprese Skewers are a delicious and easy Italian appetizer. Even better — they're hand-held, making them perfect for summer parties. Just grab one and enjoy! 🍅 For 12 skewers: 1 pint cherry tomatoes 8 ounces mozzarella pearls 24 fresh basil leaves, stems removed 1 tablespoon olive oil or pesto 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar or glaze pinch of salt and pepper On a skewer, place a basil leaf, a mozzarella ball, a cherry tomato, another basil leaf and another mozzarella ball. If standing the skewers up, the last item should be half a tomato with the flat side facing down. If laying the skewers on their sides, the last item can be a whole cherry tomato or a half. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve. Before serving, drizzle pesto or olive oil and balsamic vinegar on your serving platter. Add the skewers on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!
Foamy and fizzy, the sweet-and-sour Ramos Gin Fizz is full of surprises. 🎁 This classic New Orleans cocktail is a bit on the advanced side, but I've got the instructions, tips and tricks to help you make the perfect drink. For 1 cocktail: 2 ounces gin ½ fresh lemon juice ½ fresh lime juice 1 egg white 1 ounce heavy cream ½ ounce simple syrup ¼ orange blossom water club soda To a cocktail shaker without ice, add gin, lemon juice, lime juice, egg white, heavy cream, simple syrup and orange blossom water. Shake well without ice. (This is called a dry shake.) Then add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into a Collins or highball glass and add club soda to the shaker, giving it a swish to incorporate residual cream. Pour into the glass and enjoy!
Sweet Tea Vodka pulls double duty — mix it into cocktails or sip it straight. 🥃 With true sweet tea flavor it's a staple on Southern bar carts for drinks from the mojito to the hot toddy. For 16 ounces: 3 tea bags ¾ cups vodka ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup water Add the tea bags to a mason jar and cover with vodka. Cover with a lid and let rest for 8-12 hours. Meanwhile, make simple syrup to sweeten the vodka. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container until ready to use. Remove tea bags from the vodka, pressing out any remaining liquid into the jar. Stir 2 ounces simple syrup into the vodka and add more if desired.

For 8 cups: 1½ cups sugar 7 cup water, divided 2 cups lemon juice (~10 lemons) First, make a simple syrup: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and 1 cup water and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. In a large pitcher, stir together simple syrup and lemon juice. Top with cold water and stir together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
