Korean Beef Tacos

Fusion food at its best! These Korean beef tacos are packed with flavorful beef, veggies, rice, kimchi, and a delectable gochujang sauce. I’m back with yet another fun way to use that tasty Instant Pot Korean Beef: tacos! Is there anyone out there that doesn’t love a good taco? I have 37398 taco recipes on my site and I’m here today with another one because, well, I just love tacos

Korean Style Mixed Rice Bowls (Bibimbap)

These Korean style mixed rice bowls (AKA bibimbap) are a fun way to eat my Instant Pot Korean beef! Toss in some crisp veggies, sautéed mushrooms, a fried egg, kimchi, and a delicious gochujang mayo for the ultimate bowl. However, I decided to make a few easy vegetable components to add along with the beef, plus a fried egg and the most delicious sauce for drizzling over top. Plus, my research on bibimbap revealed that raw meat and eggs are common and there’s no way I’m game for that.

Instant Pot Korean Beef (Bulgogi)

Flavorful and super tender Instant Pot Korean beef couldn’t be easier to make! Flavorful shredded beef with crispy edges made really easy in the Instant Pot is a new favorite in our house! This Korean inspired beef is delicious as is with some rice and kimchi, or use it in bibimbap (a mixed rice bowl). That’s basically how this Instant Pot Korean beef works.

A takeout favorite made at home, this easy lo mein can be made in 30 minutes and you can use whatever your favorite protein and veggies are! Lo Mein is one of my favorite takeout dishes and I’ve tried for years to recreate it, so this recipe has been a long time in the making! lo mein is there’s never enough protein/veggies tossed in. I didn’t really have many pregnancy cravings, but Asian food was something I wanted all the time and eating takeout lo mein all the time wouldn’t have been my best idea.
