We like to use Nilla Wafers and shortbread cookies for this dip as they give a good crunch. In a large mixing bowl heat the lemon cake mix for 1 minute 30 seconds in the microwave to heat treat the flour.

Melt butter in a skillet or heavy bottom medium sized pot over medium high heat. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and use a small cookie scoop to create even portion sizes. Allow to cool on baking sheets for 10 mins before removing them to a cooling rack for icing. Using a spoon drizzle icing over cookies and let set about 20 mins.
