Anyone who knows about dieting (not fads, not fast dieting but actually eating better) will tell you that cutting out ALL âbadâ things isnât the way to go, and that you should incorporate other snacks instead or healthier options and works with what your body is responding to. If youâre using food as instant gratification (you know it tastes good and you need something to make you feel better) then youâll end up regretting it later when youâve eaten your feelings and now feel bad about your body..
