With this new month starting, I have decided to also set some challenging, yet realistic and attainable goals, that aren’t as farfetched as my 2019 resolutions.
I love the way getting adequate sleep makes me feel!
However, because I am a very light sleeper, getting seven hours of sleep is sometimes tricky, but I am making it a higher priority of mine this month.
Instead of binge-exercising and never achieving the results I’d like, I would like to create a consistent workout schedule and actually stick to it, instead of making excuses.
