Ingredients: 1 can pinto beans 1 can black beans 1/4 cup of chopped carrots & onion 1/2 can corn 1/4 cup of red onion 1 tsp of cumin power 1 tbsp of chili powder 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper 1/2 cup turbinado raw cane sugar 1 tbsp of seasoning salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 cups water 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 cup Simply Nature Thick & Chunky Salsa @aldiusa 1/4 cup quinoa Back to nature Stone wheat organic plant based cracker @wegmans Cook instructions: 1. Before adding canned beans and corn to pot, make sure to wash off the excess sodium. 2. Add all ingredients to Crockpot 3. Chili should cook down for about 4 to 5 hours on high before serving! 4. Today’s lunch menu: Buffalo chickpea burger with a side of Garlic thyme steak fries. Chickpea burger ingredients 🍔 •Canned chickpeas or frozen • minced onion • chopped celery •chopped carrot • 1 tbsp cornstarch • personal seasoning blend • 1 cup oats • 1 cup @justegg • 1/4 canola oil •1/4 cumin powder • 1 tbsp of minced garlic Instructions: 1. Blend to bind ingredients, then shape patty’s. 2. Add to pan or air fryer, cook until crispy golden brown! 3. Enjoy!!😉 Burger add-ons🍞 •lettuce •pickles • banana peppers •vegan mayo • 1 vegan sesame Italian bun Buffalo sauce🥫 Instructions: 1. 1/4 tbsp of cayenne pepper powder. 2. 1/4 tbsp of paprika powder. 3. 1/4 cup of @franksredhot regular hot sauce . 4. 1 cup of @hellmannsmayonnaise vegan mayo. 5. Mixed ingredients then add 1 tbsp of sauce to burger!!! Garlic thyme steak fries 🍟 Instructions: 1. Add 1 large potato cut into thick slices, then add to a pot of water & boil until potatoes are soft enough to poke through. 2. rise fries in cold water to cool down. 3. transfer fries into a large bowl, then coat fries with 1/4 cup of canola oil. 4. Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch to make fries crispy. 5. Add 1 tbs of garlic salt. 6. Add 1 tbsp of thyme leave seasoning. 7. Add 1 tsp black pepper. 8. mix all ingredients. 9. add to air fryer & cook on 400 degrees until golden brown. 10.
