Hello! My name is Lisandra Hidalgo and I am an upcoming influencer. My brand and blog is called literaturemeetsfashion.com. I started my brand about one year ago while I was studying in college and have been trying to stay focus on my specific audience. My blog mainly focuses on vintage fashion. As you make know, everything we wear in the 21st century is a replica of years ago therefore through my studies I have discovered that most historical fiction novels contain the the historical time period that influenced a certain item of clothing. Therefore, on my blog I present an outfit that can be found in one of the literature novels of century ago and how the historical event influenced the birth of the item or clothing I am wearing in the 21st century. On my blog, I have created categories that separate each century. I plan to make tote bags for each century that includes one item inside that has come from that century and a pamphlet with information. Each bag sold will be donated to a woman rights organization because all women literature novels contain the slow process of women rights that were still wanting today. On my Instagram, I have created my first tote bag that was a bonus for LGBTQ+ month because like women the LGBTQ+ Have also been oppressed by society for centuries. All in all, my blog wants others to accept others for who they are because we’re all truly trying to be accepted. I aspire everyone to wear whatever they want no matter the gender or sex because it never truly goes out of style!
