Veggie Galaxy is one of the most popular vegan eateries in Boston, and for good reason - everything on their menu is delicious. Like By Chloe, they serve classic American diner dishes from Reuben sandwiches to mac 'n cheese to hamburgers, and also have some gluten-free options. I would especially highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch, because their breakfast options (especially the pancakes with banana butter) are especially delicious.
