Hi lovely readers! I am so excited to try out this new series on the blog! I have been running a busy schedule, and while I love writing for the blog trying to write about each outfit is just not in my schedule while I finish my last semester! So I came up with the idea to post about my favourite outfits this month! This way I can fill you in on my monthly fashion choices and also share these beautiful photos! I now present to you, January Style! First up this amazing cozy winter look. I have a love hate relationship with this cardigan, its so cozy and warm but it is a bit bulkier so it needed to be paired with the right clothing to work for me
I’m going to start and say this years shoot did not go as planned, we had to make some big adjustments to my original design and plans I love every room in the historic Rowenas Inn, the drawing room and the living room are absolutely stunning with so many beautiful details that hold a lot of history. For my holiday shoot, I wanted to mix some cozy couples photos with something over the top and super extra! He was such a great help to me with making this shoot the best it could be and also agreeing to try all my ideas for photos, I love you babe I am already working on next years holiday shoot, I am thinking BIG, but there will be many more creative/styled shoots before then and I can’t wait to share them with you!
When the holidays come around one of the first things that come to mind for me is the Nutcracker. I danced in a production of the Nutcracker for 4 years, playing a variety of roles from, party girls, soldier, rat army, Arabian, Chinese dancers, Russian dancers, snow, ocean, ahh so many roles over the year! The Goh Ballet in Vancouver has been training dancers and putting on impeccable shows
The holidays are such a special time of year. These past few are an interesting mix for me, on one hand its the holidays so I am beyond excited to continue traditions and be with my family, but on the other hand this means exam season and some of the most stressful times of year
