One of the highlights was attending the opening of David Chang’s new restaurant at The Venetian, Majordōmo Meat & Fish. Some of my favorite experiences included dim sum brunch at Mott 32, cocktails at Rosina Bar, a gorgeous Art Deco inspired cocktail bar or The Dorsey, milkshakes at Black Tap and Latin-inspired cuisine at Chica. Surrounding freeways include Freeway 15 (connecting Salt Lake City and California), Freeway 515 (Fort Mojave Indian reservation in the south) and Freeway 215 encircles most of the city. Popular destinations include New York (5 hours 30 mins); Los Angeles (1 hour 15 mins); London (10 hours 20 min); Toronto (4 hours 40 mins).
