If you ever find yourself in Estonia, especially with kids, book a tour of Rakvere. This medieval castle has been around since the early 1300s and is completely restored. Not only do you get to tour the various rooms of the castle like the torture chamber and the armor room, but they put on a full show in the middle of the courtyard and fire a cannon! One of my favorite experiences in Havana was the classic car tour. From our airbnb, we took a short cab to the city center where all of the classic cars are lined up waiting to give tours. These cars have been passed down for generations and restored with parts from many different cars. Our driver called it a Frankenstein car!
