It's a great way to use up fresh blueberries and makes a perfect snack or dessert! One of my favorite desserts is Lemon Blueberry Bread, and this lightened up version doesn't disappoint! In a separate large bowl, mix together the honey (or agave), greek yogurt, applesauce, eggs, and lemon juice. Mix the flour coated blueberries and lemon zest into the batter until well mixed.
