5 ingredient flourless banana bread i hope y’all will make this recipe and enjoy it just as much as i do! these are really simple to make, but really delicious. they’re light and fluffy, yet have the perfect crumb. don’t ask me to explain the science, but it just works. i based this off of my flourless brownie recipe that y’all absolutely LOVED (pinned on my profile), because—while i love chocolate—sometimes we all crave a bit of vanilla. almond flour peanut butter brownies i made my grain free fudge brownie recipe for the 10000th time recently (they’re that good), but this time i decided to make them even better! (by adding peanut butter, of course) & you really can’t mess these up: this is a one bowl, super simple recipe… but they really taste too good to be true :) recipe: 2 eggs (or egg substitutes) 1/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup butter/vegan butter (softened) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/4 cup almond flour 1/4 tsp baking soda peanut butter layer: 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup brown sugar directions: 1. preheat your oven to 350° F/180° C, grease or line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan 2. in a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla 3. combine the wet ingredients with the cacao powder, almond flour, and baking soda. 4. spread the batter evenly into the pan. 5. melt the peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. mix with brown sugar. 6. place dollops of the peanut butter mixture into the batter, and use a knife to swirl. 7. bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. 8. enjoy!! #grainfree #grainfreerecipes #gfdf #glutenfreerecipes #brownierecipe #glutenanddairyfree #glutenfreebaking #glutenfreedesserts #grainfreeliving #easybaking #peanutbutterchocolate #darkchocolate #nutbutter #almondflour #almondflourrecipes
mint chocolate chip blondies i’m convinced that these are magic because they just keep disappearing after making them! single serve molten chocolate cake (gf/v) this cake is just perfect in every way… rich, chocolatey, and JUST the right amount of gooey while still being… you know, cake. & it’s quick, easy, & impossible to mess up?! you’re gonna want to save this recipe :) to be completely honest, this is my favorite recipe i’ve made in a while! when eaten warm, you may experience what can only be described as heaven on earth… oops i made this using my @ultenic__official airfryer (gifted) which made the process so easy and it came out perfectly! you can feel free to use your airfryer, or if you don’t have one- your oven! it’s super quick, made in one bowl and baked under 10 minutes. it’s an ideal situation if you ask me :) 📝📝 2 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips 2 tbsp nut or seed butter 1/2 banana, mashed 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp almond flour 1/2 tbsp cacao powder directions: 1. in a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and nut/seed butter. microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. repeat until completely melted and combined. 2. add the banana, maple syrup, & vanilla, then combine. 3. add the almond flour and cacao powder, & mix. 4. pour into a greased small ramekin/bowl. 5. airfry/bake at 380° for 8-10 minutes. 6. top & enjoy!* *i used powdered sugar, nut butter caramel (2 tbsp nut butter + 2 tbsp maple syrup), sea salt, & strawberries :) #airfryerrecipes #airfryer #easydesserts #singleserverecipes #glutenfreedairyfree #gfvegan #vegandesserts #healthydesserts #darkchocolate #lavacake #glutenfreedesserts #grainfreerecipes #grainfreebaking #gfdf #jaclovespb
