I also love the look and feel of crisp neutrals like black and white. I chose this black & white floral print because I love a crisp black & white print and the flower had a tropical feel to it. I opted for this on trend sage green colour as it was a sharp contrast to the black & white print and gives it an earthy feel. I kept my accessories pretty simple with classic tonal bags and my Mom’s elephant earrings for the first look & a pop of orange in these statement earrings for the blue.
It’s been almost a year since the pandemic began and we are still spending a lot of time working and living at home for the foreseeable future. For this first look I wanted to take one of my favourite every day outfits and update it with Pantone’s colours of the year for 2021 I love a good skort because it gives me the comfort of shorts combined with the elevated look and feel of a skirt. I reach for this style time and time again because I love a v-neck with short sleeves and they can be hard to find sometimes.
I love the opportunity to work with brands like Woman Within on a long term basis because I get to share my continued love for my favourite brands, share my insider knowledge and favourite picks. The Comfort Choice line is available in sizes 38 to 54 and A to G. I normally wear a 46H but 48G is one of my sister sizes so that is the size that I got in each of the styles I tried. Now I know that this would be a risk when I chose it because I have a hard time with getting a good fit on an underwire bra where the wire sits high in the middle on my breast plate. I don’t have a lot of length there and my cups are a full cup size different in size so often a long middle piece will never lay flat for me which was the case here.
This poncho is a Bring Back piece and unfortunately it’s already sold out in this colour like I did with these straight leg ponte knit pants and long sleeve crew neck t-shirt. So not only is this sweater a fan favourite amongst the WW customer, it is also on trend and comes in fun colour combos like this navy with pink, purple and grey. I probably sound like a broken record but I love non traditional holiday colour combinations like this.
