The only drama I enjoy is my lewks. 💃 After getting dressed up to run errands & have a #spanxflash 🤣 I’m planning for 2021. Focused on the future & spending time journaling. Here are a few questions that I use to prompt deeper reflection: 1️⃣ What did I do, create, or experience this year that I'm proud of? 2️⃣ What mistakes can I learn from? What lessons can I leverage? 3️⃣ What limiting beliefs and/or habits do I need to let go before I move forward? Tell me how do you reflect & plan for growth?

It’s the last Monday of 2020! I usually plan for the week but since we’re about to enter 2021 this week I am goal setting. I like to journal 📓 & create vision boards. Yes, notebooks are cute & crafts are fun! I ask myself 2 big questions: 1. What are my goals for 2021? 2. How will I go about achieving them?   I enjoy vision board because they allow you to start with the big picture (literally). And sometimes expressing this visually allows you to connect with these goals in another way. Next step, I take it to my journal (can be notes app, text to yourself). This is the strategy. Honestly, most often, I do not know all the steps to get to each goal. Isn’t that the whole point 😂 I am also a firm believer that there is no one set way to do anything. The path is all about learning and growth.
