I’ve been dealing with a lot of issues ranging self-image insecurities to self-worth and they couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. It’s a very thoughtful and beautifully written book that makes you feel like you’re good friends with Michelle Obama (I listened to the audiobook and she reads it herself – so that has only amplified that sentiment). You might say: this definitely doesn’t sound like a self-help book! This was the most recent self-help book that I’ve read and I loved it.

Are you feeling productive today? I find that mornings are essential when it comes to setting the tone to your day, so I’ve decided to share my morning productivity routine with you! Because it’s the liquid of Gods! Yes, I might be addicted and I’m proudly embracing that fact – I mean everything about coffee is just so delicious and cozy. That smell alone puts me in a good mood and makes me want to conquer the day 🙂 I’m also a bit of a coffee snob: I need to make sure that I grind my beans fresh and I’m picky about the brewing method

New Year is approaching, so today I want to talk about New Year’s resolutions and how you can set the tone to be more productive in 2019. Let me explain the process first: you write a letter addressing yourself, talking about all of those things that you’d like to achieve in a year’s time as if you’ve already achieved them.
