It's my third time here in Hong Kong and I have not sat on Hong Kong's trams until this recent visit. We not only take travel from place to place via the trams but as we also went for The TramOramic Tour. This Christmas,  Alfero Gelato  has created two Christmas sorbets - Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut which had left me mindblown. To make hazelnut sorbet, for instance, you have to chop and blend the nuts with water to make hazelnut milk before turning it into sorbet. Without the dairy products, the flavours of the dark chocolate sorbet is reduced to the bitterness of the chocolate and sweetness of the sweetened water. Hence, I actually prefer the hazelnut sorbet over the dark chocolate as the hazelnut has a richer flavour.

It's been 18 years already and if you were to ask me which is my favourite eatery or cafe in the west, I probably couldn't give you an answer. I had a difficult time selecting which ice-cream flavour I wanted to have because they offer many popular ice-cream flavours like Cookies and Cream, Matcha, Salted Caramel and Durian (Mao Shan Wang). I had my waffles with butterscotch sauce which is lightly drizzled across the waffles along with a sprinkle of icing sugar. It seems like Creamology's ice cream are made to go with waffles.
