Baking bread is so relaxing. Bear with me on this one... I never used to be excited about baking. That is after I noticed the mental effect that it has. Here is my recipe for success. Step #1 Beat the yeast with some water and sugar. I make this fun by seeing the mixture as the pharmacy representative I was dealing with yesterday. Step #2 Add the flour, some more water, and salt. Mix everything and punch it for the best result🙂. Here the dough is the tax office representative I have been dealing with recently 🤣. Step #3 Rest it for 1h before baking. By now I have taken all my anger out on it. Step #4 Bake until your partner or roommate can't wait any longer coz the whole house smells like a bakery 😇. Step #5 Don't forget to take a pic before you start eating coz it will finish before you know it. Enjoy baking bread people!
