Strawberry season is finally back! #ad To make it even better, I have discovered a new game changer in mindful drinking. @sommaroyspirits mid-strength gin and vodka have 2/3 the alcohol of traditional spirits with all the flavor, letting you have more of your favorite warm weather refreshments without over-indulging. I love using berries in cocktails and I especially love carbonating teas as a club soda replacement. I concocted this amazing Tom Collins variation with Sommarøy Gin to make it mid-strength yet full flavor so you can keep the party going all summer! #ad21 #DrinkMidStrength #LowerProofHigherSpirits #SommaroySpirits —— Jasmine Green Tea Strawberry Tom Collins 🍋🍓🍹 1 muddled strawberry 3/4 oz. lemon juice 1/2 oz. simple syrup 2 oz. Sommarøy Gin Add 3-4 oz. of carbonated *strong brewed green tea into shaker tin Method: muddle, shake, fine strain Glass: Collins glass Garnish: lemon and strawberry slice Serve and enjoy! * To make strong brewed tea, just allow the tea bag to sit for 4hrs in the water and allow it to cool, then I just used my soda stream to carbonate the tea (or add a splash of club soda on top)
