This means we missed out on all the new cruise ships that did not debut in 2020. We decided to share with you the ships we are most looking forward to cruising on for 2021. Once we entered the restaurant, we were promptly greeted by our host and asked to visit the bathroom to wash our hands to comply with their own COVID protocols. The cornmeal crusted calamari, fried rather crispy, is served with fried peppers, lemon wedges, and a version of a remoulade dipping sauce. The Red Snapper Sandwich is a beautifully grilled fillet served on a baguette with a house-made smoked tartar sauce, tomato, and lettuce. Terry’s burger was served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, a fried egg cooked to order, and a Salsa Verde Hollandaise.
Hang out in the newly renovated Rooftop that features a food cart and fabulous views or eat dinner at one of the Top 25 restaurants in the city, Tiny Lou’s. Enjoy city view from the 94 accommodations, which range from standard guest rooms to cool bunk-bed rooms. Amenities included free Wi-Fi, free morning coffee or tea in the lobby cafe, Cafe Claudia, and access to books, playing cards, and board games in the Library. Give us the lowdown on the F&B. Beautiful tree decorations in Mazatlan. When we were there, we missed Carnaval by 2 days!!! But we did get to see all the preparations and decor on the streets for the parade.
How beautiful is this place? This is a little marina town on the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta that our taxi driver took us to. We then took a lovely ride on one of the water taxis to tour around that part and see some of the little private beaches we could hang out if we wanted. I loved seeing the kids playing in the water and not caring about anything else in the world.
A sneak peek of The Sanctuary onboard the Royal Princess. This is a gorgeous adults-only haven at the top deck at the front of the ship. You do have to pay for access but it is very reasonable and affordable. You can purchase for a half day, whole day, or the entire length of your cruise! Inside you have access to spa-like amenities like snacks, infused waters, and plush towels. There’s also massage cabanas available for hire. 😬😬

Ride into the sun. Preferably on a cruise ship 😬😬 This was after a beautiful day in Cabo San Lucas. Catching the dreamy sunset in the background and also just happen to catch the Carnival Panorama back there too.
So many of my smiles begin with you. This guy here is the BEST. He was so nervous to be in this tiny, barely floating, water taxi but did it with a smile on his face so that I could achieve a bucket list task. Gotta love that 💕
Sometimes a place just gets you. The Arches in Cabo lived up to the hype. Simply beautiful and the water is a completely different shade of blue green that you don’t see in the Caribbean side of Mexico. Have you been to Cabo San Lucas?

this beach was GORGEOUS! we had a blast while in port in Mazatlán. can't wait to go back and seriously considering it as a retirement spot.
dang near impossible to go to Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, and NOT get tequila! if you know us, hubs and I love a good tequila. we went to visit a distillery and let me just say, we left with more bottles than we should have been able to carry. 😂🍹
