First up, know that the NHS does have dedicated mental health support services for antenatal mental health; which you can be referred to by your consultant or midwife.

so I thought I’d do a little video and blog post about how I’ve been getting on since then! I’m now almost 33 weeks (on Friday) and whilst it does feel like it’s dragging a little bit-I’m really grateful to be getting nearer and nearer! Although I’ll still be anxious at my next appointment (in 2 weeks at 35 w) it is a great relief to see my bump growing bigger and bigger (and his movements getting stronger and stronger). I think I’ve mentioned before that I’m having a C-Section due to my previous fistula surgeries, but lots of people keep assuming I’m having a ‘regular’ birth (whatever one of those are! )
