And all the other black men and women who have lost their lives or who’s lives have been negatively affected by this evil system we have in place called racism. I cried for humanity last night. I cried for my people. I cried for my children. On a more basic level my spirit is simply just upset at the violence and hate that is made to be so normal. It’s “upsetting me and my homegirls” 😂 but on a serious note it is very disrupting and can be considered traumatic if experienced over and over again. When we do things it’s important we do them out of love. Stemmed from anything else would be based in fear. We must change how treat one another. And how we see each other. Like how we REALLY treat each other. I understand “it’s the way of the world” and I’m not saying I’m some saint either. But what I do know is it’s a detrimental cycle. Perpetuated from negativity. Let’s ascend. Any who be safe y’all. 🌹
