Does this sound like you? Barely get time with the kids or better yet YOU time. Feel like work consumes your life You work your ass off, and still can never seem to afford anything. Before I had kids I didnt mind working overtime and coming in to work on my days off.. let's be real.. I didn't have any hobbies or anything better to do anyway! 😅 And my car insurance was over $600/month back then too.. Like wth!? I had always wanted a job I could work from home, because that's the dream right? But it was so hard to find one! Plus I wasn't the fastest typer(and still not the fastest? .. And that was a requirement for most of them! Now as a mom I want more than anything to have the freedom of time with my family and financial freedom. Both of which I gave finally found the solution to! And I freaking love helping others do the same, I have a Coaching checklist of daily duties that only takes an hour total. You can of course put more time into it once you've gotten to the point of affording cutting back your hours at your day job! But my working friends, just work in 15 min time pockets! How much time do you spend scrolling social media per day? What if you could use that time and be intentional? What if you could do business moving activities that could get you out of that job you hate?? It would be SO worth it! 💥Healthy Peanut Butter Cups! 💥⠀ ⠀ With your sweet tooth I bet you're finding it hard to stay on track right? Exact reason I love making healthy treat alternatives/dupes!⠀ ⠀ Satisfying the craving and actually filling my belly with superfoods and nutrients💪 Win-win yo!⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS:⠀ 1 heaping TB coconut oil, melted⠀ 2 tsp peanut butter, melted⠀ 1 scoop/packet of my faveee Superfoods! ⠀ ⠀ DIRECTIONS:⠀ Mix the melted coconut oil with the Superfoods powder. If it is too thick, add a little more melted coconut oil.⠀ Place paper liners in a muffin tin.⠀ Cover the bottom of each liner with a thin coat of the chocolate mixture.⠀ Place pan in the freezer for 5 minutes.⠀ Remove from freezer and spoon a thin layer of melted peanut butter on top of the hardened chocolate.⠀ Cover the peanut butter with the remaining chocolate mixture.⠀ Place pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.⠀ Remove paper liners from peanut butter cups and enjoy!⠀ ⠀

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? ✈ (with covid not being an issue of course too) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I found my calling as a fitness coach, I knew this would be my solution to living my best life, freedom of time, getting healthier while helping others do the same? I had no experience, other than my own fitness journey (which let's be real, I was a beginner.. 😂) but I was willing to learn! I was willing to try and I was willing to grow. I wanted to grow! I didn't want to stay feeling depressed, out of shape and full of insecurities. So I went for it! and I haven't looked back since! Am I a millionaire yet? Nope! But that's also not my goal. My goal is to make a positive impact in others lives, doing something that I love, without having to make sacrifices I would be making otherwise (being available and present for my family? Yes pleaseee) It's as simple as that and I'm willing to do what it takes to make my dreams a reality 💪

Check out this GOOFBALL! 😍⠀ ⠀ My WHY. 🤍 ⠀ I work towards becoming the best version of myself DAILY, so that my daughter will have a strong, positive, kind, and successful role model as her mother.⠀ ⠀ I didn't want her to grow up with a mom that was depressed, lacking energy, lacking passion & drive, letting the days pass by without working towards any goals, low self esteem and definitely not living life in a way I would want my daughter to!⠀ ⠀ With coaching becoming a part of my life, I was able to first focus on myself. ⠀ I started working on personal development (which is part of my job!) ⠀ I began learning how to live a healthy lifestyle too! Aaaaaaaand I wasn't alone!⠀ ⠀ I lost the baby weight in just a couple months, I had more energy, my confidence had grown, and then I started diving into my coach training so I could start helping others do the same!⠀ ⠀ It hurts to see my friends struggling in similar ways as I had! Whether that be financially, health wise, or with their mental health.⠀ ⠀ EVERYONE should have these tools to learn how to love themselves again, to have a healthy relationship with food again, to fall in love with the process and have fun along their new journey of a healthy more fulfilled life.⠀ ⠀ Do you want to start living your best life too?⠀ I see you. 26 WEEK BUMP UPDATE! 🤰⠀ Almost into my 3rd trimester and only 14 weeks to go until we meet little Camden. ⠀ ⠀ This little guy is SO active! I swear he's only sleeping when I sleep😅⠀ As far as pregnancy symptoms go, other than peeing 1000 times a day, lately I have been experiencing a little insomnia.. Waking up around 1-3 and finding it a little hard to fall back asleep. ⠀ ⠀ But besides those two things, This pregnancy is going smoothly! I cannot wait to meet my little guy. 💙⠀ ⠀ What are some ideas of things to add to our baby registry for a second child or for a boy! Drop em below! Also if anyone has any tips for helping with the insomnia! ⠀

A very belated 4th of July post!
