I made this for my 8 year old daughter who is a big chocolate and nutella lover, just like I am. Instead of the usual sugary nutella, I made a nutritious veggie filled treat which still tastes like nutella.

This is a happy birthday post to my dear sister ♥ What a wonderful day to celebrate birthday: International waffle day! The recipe is super simple, and there are two special ingredients besides blueberries and cardamom: vegan whipped cream, which is folded into the batter. The batter is fluffy, like thick whipped cream, and then the other special ingredient – sparkling water – makes the waffles fluffy. I wanted a yummy flavor for these special birthday waffles and it was easy to choose the flavor: blueberries and cardamom, one of my favorite flavor combinations.
