This ever-evolving area redefined luxury living in Denver once again this year with the addition of the neighborhood’s tallest condos, Laurel Cherry Creek. Our team of experts on our Hospitality Design Studio combined their expertise in hotel, resort, and clubhouse design to create shared spaces that don’t feel public but more one-of-a-kind transitional spaces for owners at the Laurel. Two penthouse levels include elegant elevator lobbies with Contempo White marble floors and a feature wall with intricate walnut wood panels by Du Chateaux juxtaposed by a sleek Grigio Carnico marble inset. The entry features a marble portal and floor, rich walnut trim, doors accented with custom signage, and rich tones of blues and grays in a custom patterned carpet by Durkan.
The massive success of Marie Kondo’s book, and the hit Netflix series, The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up, along with spring cleaning season in full swing inspired us. We thought: what if you designed interior spaces that never actually needed tidying up? With the rise in popularity of urban dwelling, minimalism, and small living, space is at a premium. We asked our Residential Design Studio team for some tips on designing tidy: incorporating beautiful organizational elements into small spaces.
