Ever since I was little I had the immense desire to travel, but unfortunately my family’s financial situation didn’t allot for any trips. I used to want to go on missions trips back when I was going up in Youth Group, however I lacked the financial means to be able to go on these trips. So if you want to start having travel experiences try some local places that are within your state or the relevant equivalent for non-United States readers. Whether your email pitch gets denied, you didn’t get the job you really want, these things will happen. Acknowledging the need to change your life doesn’t automatically change it, you have just been enlightened to your situation and now you much begin your up hill climb! So next time you feel as if you’ve hit an obstacle in your journey, use one of my methods to help you get past the urge to quit or give in. And once you find a method that works for you stick to it, don’t forget to tell yourself everyday that you can accomplish your goals.
Sure there are a ton of workouts out there but they range in effectiveness and I want to make every minute of my workouts count. So I have complied together all the weight-free/gym-free/equipment-free workouts that I have found most effective to give me great results. , I didn’t mean the workouts themselves were easy but rather that the form is easy to grasp. This is a great plan that helped me get into the routine of working out again so that when I finally joined a gym I wasn’t so out of shape that I was embarrassed.
For those who know me and are close to me they will know that I have been a picky eater all my life. When I started this journey to becoming a better version of myself I knew my aversion to this foods wasn’t the taste but rather the texture. I started experimenting with juicing/smoothies as a way to get the good nutrients that I was missing out on. Slowly I made just fruit smoothies that tasted like straight sugar, then slowly I started adding less fruit.
