Plus, you can make your favorite recipes gluten-free with a 1:1 ratio (no need for conversion) that rises better than traditional almond flour! 🙌 Head to your local @walmart to check out the @natureseats line! 🍋 Lemon Bliss Bites recipe 🍋 Ingredients: •1 1/4 cups @natureseats Almond Flour+ •1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut •1/8 tsp of sea salt •1/8 tsp turmeric (optional, just for colour) •1/2 cup organic agave •zest of one organic lemon •3 tbsp organic lemon juice •1 tsp organic vanilla extract •coconut for rolling if desired How to: Rough chop the unsweetened shredded coconut. Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix together until combined and a sticky dough forms. Alternately, you can also add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse together until it forms a sticky dough. Once your ingredients are mixed, use your hands to roll the dough into even balls. About one tablespoon of dough per bite. Optional - roll each ball on a plate of shredded coconut. Place in the fridge for at least a couple hours before eating. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
