Here’s a little bit more about Jyothi, INTERMIX, and her busy life as a working mom. This month, in celebration of Mother’s Day we are co-hosting events with our customers in most of our boutiques supporting local charities that they are passionate about, ranging from the Women’s Sports Foundation to the Breast & Ovarian Health Organization. I’m up at 5:30AM on mornings that I have my trainer and my day is action-packed from the minute I’m up; I get our daughter, Lily, out of bed and ready to leave for school on time (my husband takes her to school in the mornings), followed by a breakfast meeting either to meet talent or network in the industry When I’m at work, I’m all in and when I’m with my family, I’m present and try to make our time together count.

It’s my understanding that you discovered CBD after exhausting all other options trying to treat your chronic migraines Pamela Enid: What would you say to a person that has chronic pain and has gone the painkiller rabbit hole route and isn’t interested in that and would rather take a more holistic plant medicine approach to pain management ? Before I found CBD I too had my own judgments regarding the cannabis community which is why I’m so passionate about educating people on the positive health benefits of CBD and cannabis.

When you have young kids it’s imperative that you treat them in a way that won’t discourage them because children look up to you and base their self worth largely on how you and their peers react to them and their endeavors. I try to make sure that no matter what is going on in my personal life, that around the children, I’m positive and upbeat and happy. When you have depression there are days that you can barely get out of bed much less give piggy back rides, read stories, build forts, make up knock knock jokes and be upbeat for the children’s sake. We don’t have a traditional family structure but we have grandparents, gay uncles, au pairs that are in the children’s lives daily that complete our puzzle.
