As I sit here drinking Portugese wine and eating freshly baked traditional pastries, I am at a loss for words to truly express how I feel about Portugal other than, it is amazing! From the breathtaking beaches and caves of the Algarves, to the beauty, charm and history of Lisbon and to the views and relaxed vibe of the countryside, Portugal has quickly become one of our family’s favorite destinations. We had family from Canada stay with us for a week which made our time in Portugal that much more exciting for everyone! We also spent a short period of time helping a local family with work on their organic farm.
