Our mission: It’s Shop Darling Detail’s first sparkly product created by Sanctuary Project – a community of survivors of trafficking, violence, and addiction–but also a non-profit dedicated to restoring women’s lives in Austin. The cross quickly became the notorious piece e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e asked about – constant DMs and comments asking where to find a simple gold cross. Holly Christine Hayes, founder of Sanctuary Project, and I put our type-3-enneagram-achiever minds together and created a 3-piece necklace collection that embodied everything I couldn’t find in a necklace. I went through the glistening and glossy pages of Nordstrom’s trendiest department (Trend and Topshop) and found some of my favorite classic styles that keep it cool but elevate the comfort. The comfiest of dresses (this tank dress comes in 6 colors! ), a crisp jumpsuit, laid-back blouses and more versatile and basic pieces with a trend flair. And don’t forget my favorite summer sandal: the Tory Burch Miller (they last y-e-a-r-s and quality is worth the price) and some fun earrings too. You’ve seen the photos of above – these soft-to-touch, jersey, cozy, everyday dresses are the ones you throw on when you take your dog on a walk, that favorite that is the perfect cover-up for your swimmie at the beach, the ones you lounge in on hot summer days (yes, Texas) and on and on and on – and on. I found the Walmart Fashion brand TheMogan and was smitten by the selection of soft, easy, dresses that you can easily accessorize, re-wear, and style up or down. I have linked all of them below (scroll through by clicking the arrows on the sides; there are more soft cozy dresses than the ones I photographed) as you’ll notice Walmart carries each dress in a whole lotta sizes and colors. Whether it’s for spring or summer, this dress selection won’t disappoint and will get you all the re-wearable soft and chic dresses your closet is craving this summer.
