The best time of the year to visit the north and centre of the country is between November and February, when it’s dry and cooler, and between February and May, when it’s still dry but temperatures are much higher.
Two days won’t feel nowhere near enough in Chiang Mai, and you will want to spend a lot longer in this addictive city, but here are some highlights you must not miss in your 10 day trip to Thailand:
Where to Stay in Chiang Mai
Located within the Old City, El Barrio Lanna features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool, and a bar.
Although I haven’t visited them all, my favourite island so far is Koh Tao, and it’s the perfect place to end this Thailand 10 day itinerary.
