Amber is the winner of "Food Network Star Kids," and a member of Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube family. She has been recognized by First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House, as well as through Disney Channel’s Emmy Award-winning “Make Your Mark” series. Amber was featured as an “Inspirational Kid” on the Today Show, a “Culinary Wizard” on the 2015 Academy Awards’ Red Carpet show on E!, and a "Kid Coach" at Mashable’s 2016 Kid Talks, where she inspired kids to #DreamFearlessly.
Besides cooking and making videos, Amber enjoys volleyball, ultimate frisbee, music, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her family. She is currently obsessed with wedge salads and alpacas.
