Hey! I'm one half of Past The Potholes: a teacher, wannabe athlete, beach bum and insatiable traveler. Usually we're restricted to vacation times, we have also taken leaves of absence both to live and work overseas as well as travel full-time. We prefer independent travel and stretch our budget as far as possible (without completely forgoing comfort), so that we can splurge on amazing experiences.
Visiting the Doge’s Palace and the San Marco Basilica are top of most people’s lists of things to do in Venice.
