After developing my Sweet Potato Lentil Curry recipe, I wanted to create another recipe featuring lentils that I could add to my rotation of meals. I store some in the fridge and keep some extras in the freezer for when I need a quick snack. Meanwhile, prepare your dry ingredients by adding the oat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Add the flax egg, date paste, apple cider vinegar, melted coconut oil, and melted peanut butter to the dry ingredients.
