Frosted Glass Christmas Crafts DIY Holiday Decor -

I made all of these using Rust-Oleum’s Imagine glass effects spray paint in frosted glass and sea glass. Simply use stickers for your writing and spray paint with Rust-Oleum’s frosted glass spray paint! Here I used the sea glass spray paint and styled them with beachy items for more of a Coastal Christmas vibe. Affiliate links to products seen in these crafts: Spray paint handles Jute Mod Podge

Install a Vinyl Privacy Fence Backyard Makeover -

This summer I put in a stepping stone path to the square fire pit, built new front steps, and installed a 6′ vinyl privacy fence. This build was one of the most complicated things I’ve ever accomplished because I decided to have them come off the house at an angle. After removing the old driveway and getting the grass there to grow, I wanted privacy and clarity for our new backyard. But the new steps bring a warm welcome and the stepping stone path a bit of charm to the other things we have going on outside.

Front Porch Makeover Reveal! -

Lately I’ve taken to only posting on my blog when I’ve got an impressive project, and I hope this time you won’t be disappointed. New cement was poured as well and at that point, the porch was looking like this: A lot better, but still not as welcoming or charming as I would’ve liked. I constructed walls with plywood, built shelves, replaced the door, painted every single surface, and made this an area my kids could play in as their “clubhouse. I did other little DIY’s for the space like the “Sit and Relax” sign hanging on the back and more of my hanging wood planters for some greenery above the porch railing.

Build a Small Retaining Wall in One Day! -

x (the number of rows I was planning to set) + (the height of the finishing cap) + (the depth of the paver base) = depth of the trench The height of your retaining wall dictates how many inches the depth of paver base you need. Mine needs 2, but you could need as many as 6 inches of paver base. With the two inches of paver base, my first row here will be level with the second row there.
